Para evidenciar este proceso de esculpido, se dejan muros pulidos y otros con textura. Del mismo modo como queda el contraste de los planos de corte versus las caras no intervenidas de la piedra natural.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa el Rinc\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Sabbagh Arquitectos, Cristobal Palma \/ Estudio Palma\" class=\"wp-image-100495\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para dar mayor calidez a los espacios se decide agregar una tercera textura conformada por planos de madera que van cubriendo algunas caras interiores. Como tambi\u00e9n celos\u00edas que generan tamices de luz y controlan el ingreso de sol al interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa el Rinc\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Sabbagh Arquitectos, Cristobal Palma \/ Estudio Palma\" class=\"wp-image-100494\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El terreno tiene una pendiente desde el norte hacia el sur, que es por donde se accede desde la calle, y contiene una plataforma horizontal en su parte baja que era una antigua cancha de tenis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este lugar era el m\u00e1s adecuado y disponible para situar la vivienda. Sin embargo, la dejaba en una situaci\u00f3n bastante enterrada respecto del jard\u00edn y las vistas lejanas del norte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es por ello que se decide que todos los espacios principales tengan&nbsp;doble altura para contrarrestar&nbsp;esa condici\u00f3n. Y adem\u00e1s, lograr captar la mayor cantidad de luz, y a su vez poder contemplar en su real dimensi\u00f3n a dos grandes robles americanos existentes en el terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa el Rinc\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Sabbagh Arquitectos, Cristobal Palma \/ Estudio Palma\" class=\"wp-image-100493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa requerido era bastante extenso, ya que la familia es numerosa y se requer\u00edan recintos de m\u00faltiples usos como salas de estudio, taller de arte y gimnasio. Es por eso que la propiedad se resuelve concentr\u00e1ndola en tres niveles,&nbsp;de manera de poder compatibilizar usos variados en el menor espacio posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1091\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa el Rinc\u00f3n, Juan Carlos Sabbagh Arquitectos, Cristobal Palma \/ Estudio Palma\" class=\"wp-image-100496\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Rincon-3-218x300.jpg 218w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el espacio principal del living y el comedor, se proyecta una terraza hacia el jard\u00edn principal que tiene la misma\u00a0doble altura de los recintos interiores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto permite\u00a0 ampliar los espacios generando una continuidad del interior con el exterior.
