El dise\u00f1o de esta villa se alinea con este concepto, con un dise\u00f1o de niveles que se mueve con los contornos de la colina. Esto crea una interacci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica entre el dise\u00f1o del paisaje y la arquitectura. Estos materiales naturales, en su forma m\u00e1s cruda, contrastan con las divisiones est\u00e9ticas de las fachadas y los marcos de ventanas de aluminio delgados. Desde una escalera ubicada en el centro y un espacio exterior asociado, se pueden ver todas las habitaciones en los diferentes pisos.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa K340 est\u00e1 meticulosamente detallada, con transiciones sin problemas entre espacios interiores y exteriores y marcos de ventanas ocultos detr\u00e1s del revestimiento y el enlucido. Las fachadas de madera no tienen \u00abbordes de techo\u00bb. Los techos en la planta baja tienen una altura de hasta 3,3 metros, mientras que los de la planta superior tienen una altura de 2,8 metros.
