La idea era construir un lugar que reviviera la nostalgia de la infancia. Adem\u00e1s, Casa Lanja aprovecha los materiales de la regi\u00f3n. Y lo que es m\u00e1s importante, utiliza materiales conocidos por los habitantes de la zona y mejor adaptados a las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas extremas del lugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lanja-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Lanja, Articulated Design Initiative (ADI), Vaibhav Kapdi Photography\" class=\"wp-image-101248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lanja-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lanja-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Para los muros se utiliz\u00f3 principalmente piedra, disponible en un radio de 10 km del lugar de construcci\u00f3n. Se incorporaron vigas de hormig\u00f3n armado para los dinteles que soportan el tejado de acero y las tejas Mangalore.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa Lanja tiene una orientaci\u00f3n este-oeste. La entrada principal conduce al visitante a un amplio sal\u00f3n, con altas ventanas a lo largo del lado este que proporcionan abundante luz solar matinal. Las grandes aberturas en los techos altos permiten la ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada y dan sensaci\u00f3n de amplitud a la vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lanja-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Lanja, Articulated Design Initiative (ADI), Vaibhav Kapdi Photography\" class=\"wp-image-101249\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lanja-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lanja-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La aplicaci\u00f3n contempor\u00e1nea de materiales tradicionales acent\u00faa la sencillez de la vivienda. El acabado de piedra vista crea un tel\u00f3n de fondo natural. Y en t\u00e9rminos de sostenibilidad, no se ha talado ni modificado ni un solo \u00e1rbol del terreno.
