Una propiedad buena y sostenible con un presupuesto bajo. El proyecto largo y estrecho est\u00e1 cuidadosamente ubicado entre rocas y \u00e1rboles existentes. Se eleva sobre pilares de madera, manteniendo el paisaje intacto. Para crear buenos espacios al aire libre, el edificio se erigi\u00f3 en la parte menos edificable de la parcela. La estructura de carga distintiva es visible tanto en el exterior como en el interior, elevando el edificio desde el paisaje.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La planta se genera a partir de este ritmo constructivo, con un n\u00facleo para dormitorios y un cuarto de ba\u00f1o y circulaciones a lo largo de las fachadas. Los espacios est\u00e1n separados por puertas correderas. Al estar abiertos, crean l\u00edneas de visi\u00f3n a lo largo de la casa, creando un movimiento abierto y fluido. Con un techo de vidrio y grandes ventanas hacia el fiordo y el jard\u00edn. Las paredes y los pisos est\u00e1n cubiertos de pino, con pisos de ladrillo reciclado en el jard\u00edn de invierno y la sala de estar hundida.
