arquitectura modernista en el distrito del Eixample de Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" de Antoni&nbsp;Gaud\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" llamativa fachada, entrada ornamentada, techo de vidrieras y escalera esculpida en piedra tallada son caracter\u00edsticas destacadas del edificio, que fue comprado por Bonavista Developments&nbsp; y class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kirsten Schwalgien Design recibi\u00f3 el encargo de convertir el departamento de la planta baja en una sofisticada residencia con un aire masculino y class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antiguamente el piso de la planta baja de 240m2 era el lugar donde se alojaban los carruajes de la \u00e9poca y donde se almacenaban los productos agr\u00edcolas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora, se ha transformado en un loft de dos dormitorios con una distribuci\u00f3n vers\u00e1til y abierta que mantiene los elementos ic\u00f3nicos de su pasado.
