Vista desde el exterior predominan vol\u00famenes macizos de hormig\u00f3n que dan la sensaci\u00f3n de estar flotando sobre la vegetaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Floresta, DB Estudio de Arquitectura, Paul Renaud\" class=\"wp-image-102351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La morfolog\u00eda y la disposici\u00f3n de los vol\u00famenes es el resultado del respeto a los \u00e1rboles de mayor tama\u00f1o existentes en el terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Floresta, DB Estudio de Arquitectura, Paul Renaud\" class=\"wp-image-102353\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se recurre a elementos arquitect\u00f3nicos como ser pergolados met\u00e1licos para lograr integrar estos \u00e1rboles y convertirlos en parte sustancial del proyecto. La fachada principal se cierra para proveer de privacidad a sus usuarios. Mientras que la fachada posterior se abre hacia el paisaje que la rodea para aprovechar las visuales de la mejor manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Floresta, DB Estudio de Arquitectura, Paul Renaud\" class=\"wp-image-102354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inmediatamente ingresar a Casa Floresta recibe un espacio doble altura, una especie de caja de vidrio con l\u00edmites difusos exterior\/interior que se convierte el elemento conector principal del proyecto, tanto horizontal dividiendo \u00e1rea social y \u00e1rea de servicio, como vertical, dividiendo \u00e1rea social y \u00e1rea privada, ya que se encuentra en \u00e9l la escalera. Esta \u00e1rea de ingreso ayuda a que el usuario se sienta inmerso en la vegetaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Floresta, DB Estudio de Arquitectura, Paul Renaud\" class=\"wp-image-102355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-6-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa est\u00e1 distribuido en dos plantas. En planta baja, el espacio social que consta de living-comedor, cocina y churrasquera con vistas a la piscina. Se pudo resaltar en estos ambientes la fluidez e integraci\u00f3n entre ellos. Tambi\u00e9n, se encuentra el \u00e1rea de servicio anexada a un amplio garaje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Floresta, DB Estudio de Arquitectura, Paul Renaud\" class=\"wp-image-102356\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Floresta-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En planta alta existen 4 suites y una sala de tv intima.
