Construido en 1997, este edificio de oficinas aportaba poco al car\u00e1cter del campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dada su ubicaci\u00f3n cercana a la entrada de Atelier Gardens y su altura que lo hac\u00eda visible desde el antiguo aer\u00f3dromo de Tempelhof, se decidi\u00f3 convertirlo en un \u00edcono en la cercana Oberlandstra\u00dfe y en un s\u00edmbolo destacado de la transformaci\u00f3n del campus de BUFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El signo m\u00e1s evidente de este cambio es el color del proyecto. El edificio, que antes era blanco, es ahora amarillo brillante por todas partes, lo que atrae la atenci\u00f3n hacia el campus desde cerca y desde lejos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que los visitantes entran en el campus, se encuentran de inmediato con otra se\u00f1al clara. desde la plaza central de los Jardines Atelier, un zigzagueante paisaje de escaleras amarillas, salpicado de asientos y miradores que enmarcan las vistas de Tempelhofer Feld y el perfil de Berl\u00edn, conduce directamente a la azotea del proyecto. \u00abDesde la azotea se puede contemplar todo el perfil del paisaje urbano de Berl\u00edn, con Tempelhofer Feld como patio delantero\u00bb, destaca Van Rijs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All\u00ed se ha ampliado el edificio con un pabell\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos prefabricados de madera laminada cruzada, con materiales de origen biol\u00f3gico y acabados saludables, como un techo de arcilla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un tejado vivo de plantas aut\u00f3ctonas completa la nueva azotea accesible, que ahora tambi\u00e9n sirve para recoger el agua de lluvia, alimentando un plan integral de retenci\u00f3n de agua implantado in situ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este paisajismo verde, el nuevo aislamiento del techo y los parasoles en las dos fachadas de vidrio reducen la ganancia de calor en el verano, mejorando la resistencia clim\u00e1tica del edificio, mientras que la calefacci\u00f3n por suelo radiante de baja temperatura modera el clima interior class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todas las luces se han convertido en sistemas LED eficientes en energ\u00eda y los accesorios sanitarios son eficientes en el uso del agua, incluidos los inodoros de bajo class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internamente, Edificio HAUS 1 Atelier Gardens albergar\u00e1 espacios de trabajo y reuni\u00f3n adaptables en cuatro plantas, incluida la sede de Atelier Gardens y una cafeter\u00eda. Los planos de planta se han modificado para maximizar la flexibilidad del edificio, simplificando futuros cambios de uso o distribuci\u00f3n y prolongando as\u00ed su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al centrarse en la reutilizaci\u00f3n de la mayor parte posible de la estructura y dar preferencia a materiales duraderos y reciclables con una baja huella medioambiental siempre que se necesitara material nuevo.
