Cada villa consta de 3 dormitorios en suite y est\u00e1n ubicadas en la tranquila zona de Umalas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las villas est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas sim\u00e9tricamente entre s\u00ed, sin segundos pisos, por lo que mantienen perfectamente la privacidad entre ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-8.jpg\" alt=\"Alojamiento House of Winds, Biombo Architects, KIE\" class=\"wp-image-107495\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada villa tiene su propio area de aparcamiento y una entrada semi oculta, que queda cubierta por el techo de la villa, que desciende desde su parte mas alta para cubrir la entrada, hasta tocar el suelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Este techo es uno de los elementos conceptuales m\u00e1s importantes de la villa, es como un enorme manto de tejas de madera de ulin, que cobija la villa bajo su majestuosa presencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-4.jpg\" alt=\"Alojamiento House of Winds, Biombo Architects, KIE\" class=\"wp-image-107496\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro elemento clave en el dise\u00f1o de esta villa es, que la distribuci\u00f3n se ha dise\u00f1ado en diagonal a la parcela, por lo que se pudo maximizar la longitud de la piscina, el ancho de la sala de estar y las largas visuales dentro de la villa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creando una vista ininterrumpida desde la entrada hasta el punto m\u00e1s lejano, que culmina en una ba\u00f1era redonda semienterrada en la habitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-2.jpg\" alt=\"Alojamiento House of Winds, Biombo Architects, KIE\" class=\"wp-image-107501\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-7.jpg\" alt=\"Alojamiento House of Winds, Biombo Architects, KIE\" class=\"wp-image-107497\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Alojamiento-House-of-Winds-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Una vez que se traspasa la entrada, se accede a la zona m\u00e1s colosal de la villa, la zona de estancias communes como el salon, la cocina y el comedor. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta zona la cubierta alcanza su punto m\u00e1ximo, creando una sensaci\u00f3n de rotundidez que puede intimidar incluso, si no fuera por la combinaci\u00f3n de materiales, a menudo naturales, que se funden perfectamente con el edificio, creando una impresi\u00f3n impactante en sus dimensiones, pero acogedora en su espacio.
