Este equilibrio volum\u00e9trico integra las proyecciones estatutarios y los dos niveles en el altillo de la esquina occidental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/3955.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para puntuar estas largas fachadas, a pesar de la regularidad del marco compartimentado, cuatro m\u00f3dulos de diferentes anchos se disponen todos juntos como una unidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tipolog\u00eda de los ventanales verticales y el revestimiento de piedra hacen referencia a los bloques vecinos del Boulevard Haussmann. Hacia el este, frente a la estaci\u00f3n de Pont Cardinet, el recorte de su extremo puntiagudo le da al edificio una fuerte identidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este receso al final de la trama tambi\u00e9n ayuda a abrir la vista hacia las v\u00edas del tren de la avenida. En el suelo, un jard\u00edn con c\u00e9sped sirve como un recordatorio de la vegetaci\u00f3n silvestre de las fronteras de la pista de ferrocarril. Hacia el norte, frente al grupo de v\u00edas, limitada por las l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas, la fachada es plana y lisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/3958.jpg\" alt=\"Edificio\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los largos ventanales horizontales enmarcan vistas lejanas hacia el paisaje de Batignolles. Los marcos recubiertos de aluminio que los rodean crean un gran escala, y la composici\u00f3n met\u00e1lica entretejida en armon\u00eda con la de los trenes que circulan entre las plataformas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los diferentes acabados de la superficie de metal, de mate a brillante, hacen que los cuadros se destaquen unos contra otros y se produzca&nbsp;una neblina luminosa de luz de fondo de esta larga fachada norte. El hall de entrada principal se sit\u00faa en la esquina sureste, donde se inicia la nueva calle.
