El proyecto de arquitectura, firmado por la oficina de Daniel Fromer &amp; Arquitectos, busc\u00f3 satisfacer los deseos de los clientes de tener una vivienda completamente insertada en el pueblo local, en la ciudad de Santa Cruz Cabr\u00e1lia, Bah\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-7-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa del r\u00edo by Daniel Fromer\" class=\"wp-image-111549\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-7-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-7-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La generosidad del terreno permiti\u00f3 a los arquitectos crear un programa desestructurado. Una propiedad distribuida en tres bloques que albergan las funciones sociales, \u00edntimas y de servicio. El bloque principal, frente a la playa fluvial, alberga la suite principal y un sal\u00f3n integrado a los balcones y a la cocina abierta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-10-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa del r\u00edo by Daniel Fromer\" class=\"wp-image-111548\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-10-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-10-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El segundo bloque se asemeja a una caba\u00f1a, albergando dos suites y una sala para hu\u00e9spedes. La insolaci\u00f3n y las diferentes crecidas y vaciados del r\u00edo que bordea el amplio terreno del hogar crean diferentes escenarios en cada momento del d\u00eda.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-8-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa del r\u00edo by Daniel Fromer\" class=\"wp-image-111552\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-8-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-del-rio-8-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sustentabilidad social y ambiental est\u00e1 en el centro del proyecto, presente desde la concepci\u00f3n. Como la ubicaci\u00f3n del hogar en medio del pueblo y los distanciamientos del r\u00edo, hasta los materiales de demolici\u00f3n y reuso que fueron ampliamente utilizados.
