Este fue uno de los retos m\u00e1s importantes a abordar en Fulton Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fulton-Hotel-2.jpg\" alt=\"Fulton Hotel by BLENDING DOTS y Rogelio Castillo Prieto\" class=\"wp-image-113505\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fulton-Hotel-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Fulton-Hotel-2-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfY si en vez de seguir los estereotipos marcados alrededor del sitio (paredes de vidrio templados y acabados limpios y pulcros, fachadas de acero perforados y celos\u00edas de aluminio) optamos por dise\u00f1ar \u00abaquel peque\u00f1o hotelito pintoresco y acogedor del rinc\u00f3n\u00bb? Fue nuestra postura para poder atacar esta problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese tenor se busc\u00f3 respetar 100% la estructura y se enfoc\u00f3 en dise\u00f1ar inversamente a lo propuesto a nuestros alrededores,  proponiendo una secuencia de vanos y marcos s\u00f3lidos aleatoriamente distribuidos en la fachada, pesadez en su propuesta de materiales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure contraste con la ligereza de nuestros vecinos, misma que se repite en la altura libre de recepci\u00f3n en el interior, calidez en lugar de frialdad.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El n\u00facleo de circulaciones verticales funge como un elemento de suma importancia puesto que \u00e9sta fue rehabilitada tomando como partida la escalera original, visti\u00e9ndola elegantemente con una piel oscura y apoder\u00e1ndose de la altura libre que la alberga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" enredaderas que bajan desde la parte m\u00e1s alta hasta el \u00e1rea de lobby dotan de vida a los espacios de circulaciones y a su vez rematan en focos que iluminan el espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure dise\u00f1o de los ba\u00f1os contrasta con acabados limpios y finos, podr\u00eda decirse que la piel que forra los ba\u00f1os se interpreta como el negativo inmediato al ladrillo obscuro del exterior invariablemente de las propuestas circundantes y se muestra rebelde a continuar con dichos estereotipos, lo que lo hace \u00fanico en su entorno inmediato y lo caracteriza por la forma antag\u00f3nica
