Ambas estructuras, similares en masa y altura, enmarcan un jard\u00edn de patio reci\u00e9n creado, brind\u00e1ndole una intimidad y privacidad inmediatas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-9.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Roxborough by gh3*\" class=\"wp-image-121229\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-9-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El uso de vigas recuperadas de la propiedad existente para construir el garaje establece una sinergia adicional entre ambas estructuras. El garaje tambi\u00e9n funciona como un estudio y espacio de reuni\u00f3n cuando lo necesita el cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1187\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Roxborough by gh3*\" class=\"wp-image-121230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-10-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La adici\u00f3n trasera expande la cocina y el \u00e1rea de estar en la planta baja y reorganiza la suite principal arriba. Una nueva entrada familiar desde el jard\u00edn del patio est\u00e1 protegida por una estructura abovedada. Esta incluye un tragaluz y una ventana colocados estrat\u00e9gicamente para conectar visualmente el interior con el exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Roxborough by gh3*\" class=\"wp-image-121224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa de dise\u00f1o solicitaba mantener el n\u00famero original de dormitorios y espacios de estar mientras se mejoraba el flujo espacial.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto se logr\u00f3 mediante la sutil expansi\u00f3n de pasillos y escaleras centrales, la incorporaci\u00f3n de vac\u00edos estrat\u00e9gicos en la escalera y el uso de puertas de altura completa y al ras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es una evoluci\u00f3n de la respuesta conceptual de gh3 a desaf\u00edos de dise\u00f1o similares. Interiores de continuidad material, proporciones afinadas y luz calibrada que tejen y conectan un portafolio de propiedades patrimoniales restauradas de manera sensible y reconfiguradas de manera imaginativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"472\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Roxborough by gh3*\" class=\"wp-image-121225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-3-300x179.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La planta baja se reorganiza mediante un pasillo continuo que abraza su pared occidental de adelante hacia atr\u00e1s. Esta pared contiene ventanas originales con vitrales de diferentes datums y alturas, colocadas en nichos esculpidos y con forma. Entre estas hay ventanas que eran parte de la escalera existente, ahora liberadas de su contexto anterior como una composici\u00f3n abstracta. La luz del d\u00eda que emite a trav\u00e9s de estas diversas aberturas sincopea el espacio a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Roxborough by gh3*\" class=\"wp-image-121227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Roxborough-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9nfasis en lo simple y esencial prevalece y conecta este proyecto conceptualmente con el portafolio de trabajos de renovaci\u00f3n residencial de gh3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La elemental isla de cocina de piedra de jab\u00f3n, la despensa del antec\u00e1mara con arco, el profundo pasillo abovedado que conduce a la suite principal.
