La vivienda toma su nombre del maya Ka Anche, que significa \u00abcama alta donde se siembran plantas\u00bb, y se inspira en la idea de un volumen elevado que se separa del terreno natural, permitiendo la creaci\u00f3n de espacios intermedios donde se integran jardineras, vegetaci\u00f3n y ventilaciones naturales, formando as\u00ed un gran \u00abKa Anche\u00bb habitable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Ka'anche by \u00c1piron\" class=\"wp-image-122205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta estrategia formal se materializa en un volumen superior que parece flotar sobre una planta baja abierta, generando una sensaci\u00f3n de ligereza y continuidad con el paisaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Ka'anche by \u00c1piron\" class=\"wp-image-122206\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa solicitado por el cliente contemplaba una propedad de cuatro habitaciones que se abrieran hacia el huerto central, favoreciendo una conexi\u00f3n interior-exterior constante. Con este objetivo, la distribuci\u00f3n de los espacios se plante\u00f3 de forma que todas las rec\u00e1maras y \u00e1reas sociales tuvieran orientaci\u00f3n hacia el centro del conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Ka'anche by \u00c1piron\" class=\"wp-image-122207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Para garantizar la privacidad con respecto a las zonas comunes, Casa Ka&#8217;anche se elev\u00f3 un metro sobre el nivel natural del terreno. En la parte posterior se generaron \u00e1reas recreativas privadas, como una piscina, un fire pit y un asador, los cuales se acomodan a la topograf\u00eda mediante una serie de plataformas a distintos niveles que generan experiencias espaciales variadas y aprovechan el desnivel natural del terreno.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las \u00e1reas sociales en planta baja se abren completamente hacia el frente y la parte posterior del terreno, favoreciendo una circulaci\u00f3n fluida y el contacto directo con el exterior. Los muros de block recubiertos con pasta de barro proporcionan una tonalidad c\u00e1lida y terrosa, caracter\u00edstica del entorno de Baja California Sur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Ka'anche by \u00c1piron\" class=\"wp-image-122210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Kaanche-7-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se emple\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n piedra blanca de la regi\u00f3n en muros puntuales, aportando textura, masa t\u00e9rmica y un car\u00e1cter distintivo.
