La oportunidad de intervenir un espacio con tanta historia y reinterpretarlo para su uso actual fue un reto cautivador y gratificante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa el Le\u00f3n by Dionne Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-124825\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-2-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-2-1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una primera etapa, realizada en 2004, el inmueble fue rescatado y se enfoc\u00f3 en su preservaci\u00f3n mediante un cuidadoso proceso de reutilizaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1050\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-3-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa el Le\u00f3n by Dionne Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-124826\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-3-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-3-1-227x300.jpg 227w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada elemento arquitect\u00f3nico original fue restaurado con respeto, mientras que las intervenciones puntuales se pensaron para integrar el edificio a su entorno natural. Los materiales seleccionados, como la piedra, la madera y los elementos de herrer\u00eda, dialogan y hacen referencia al pasado industrial del edificio, mientras que los detalles contempor\u00e1neos, como el mobiliario seleccionado y las cubiertas atrevidas, aportan frescura y modernidad sin desentonar. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta revitalizaci\u00f3n se inspira en el estilo contempor\u00e1neo, pero emula las formas y el car\u00e1cter de las haciendas tradicionales mexicanas, logrando una s\u00edntesis entre lo hist\u00f3rico y lo actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-7-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa el Le\u00f3n by Dionne Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-124829\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-7-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-el-Leon-7-1-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nuevo uso del inmueble no se desentiende del estilo de vida rural y campirano que rodea Casa el Le\u00f3n, sino que lo celebra, integrando su esencia en la propuesta de dise\u00f1o.
