Su ubicaci\u00f3n y orientaci\u00f3n fueron fundamentales para su dise\u00f1o, destacando<strong>\u00a0la presencia de un \u00e1rbol de algarrobo en el centro del sitio, el cual se convirti\u00f3 en el eje conceptual del proyecto<\/strong>\u00a0y en el punto desde donde se enmarca la vista hacia la ciudad de Quito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Riba by TEC - Taller EC\" class=\"wp-image-125091\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con una superficie de 520 m\u00b2 distribuidos en dos niveles, la vivienda se organiza como una barra que abraza y enmarca el \u00e1rbol, proponiendo una lectura \u00edntima de los espacios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Riba by TEC - Taller EC\" class=\"wp-image-125092\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-3-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el primer recorrido del terreno, el algarrobo marc\u00f3 el punto de partida conceptual:\u00a0<strong>una propiedad que se construye desde adentro hacia afuera<\/strong>, donde cada ambiente mantiene una relaci\u00f3n directa con este elemento natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Riba by TEC - Taller EC\" class=\"wp-image-125093\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En la planta baja se encuentra la zona p\u00fablica del hogar, articulada en torno a un patio central y con una relaci\u00f3n directa hacia la calle frontal, buscando transparencia y apertura hacia el entorno. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el nivel superior, los espacios privados se orientan hacia la cordillera, integr\u00e1ndose con el paisaje andino a trav\u00e9s de una terraza que prolonga la experiencia arquitect\u00f3nica hacia el horizonte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Riba by TEC - Taller EC\" class=\"wp-image-125094\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Riba by TEC - Taller EC\" class=\"wp-image-125095\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Riba-8-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fachada, ligera y permeable, potencia la forma curva del volumen mediante elementos verticales que dan ritmo y unidad al conjunto.
