de las Ter\u00e7as fue recibida con un cari\u00f1o especial, ya que se trata de una vivienda que fue comprada por los actuales propietarios hace 50 a\u00f1os, pero que solo recientemente fue liberada original y pr\u00e1cticamente en ruinas, se sit\u00faa en la&nbsp;Ponta do Sol, y est\u00e1 implantada en medio de un bananal con vista al mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bas\u00e1ndose en estas premisas, la intervenci\u00f3n busc\u00f3 preservar la esencia del edificio original, al mismo tiempo que lo adaptaba a las exigencias contempor\u00e1neas de confort y funcionalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-las-Tercas-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de las Ter\u00e7as by Manuel Tojal Architects\" class=\"wp-image-125985\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los bancos de piedra exteriores comenzaron a tener una funci\u00f3n de acceso a una terraza que sirve de apoyo exterior y de base a la piscina, situada en el mismo lugar donde antes exist\u00eda el antiguo tanque de agua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La\u00a0piscina se enmarca y se alinea con la fachada y vanos principales y se fusiona con la vista del mar,\u00a0en una b\u00fasqueda por una\u00a0desmaterializaci\u00f3n de los l\u00edmites del sitio y una fusi\u00f3n con el paisaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La funcionalidad del espacio sigui\u00f3 siendo pr\u00e1cticamente la misma que antes, con la excepci\u00f3n de la creaci\u00f3n de un ba\u00f1o en la planta de los dormitorios y la transformaci\u00f3n del s\u00f3tano en sala de estar, creando un eje social a trav\u00e9s de la fachada del hogar, que une la sala de estar con el comedor y la cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En cuanto a los materiales, se hizo hincapi\u00e9 en los materiales locales<\/strong>, con toda la planta baja, las zonas h\u00famedas y la piscina revestidas de basalto. Se sustituy\u00f3 el suelo de madera de la planta superior y se recrearon las puertas y ventanas seg\u00fan el dise\u00f1o original.
