La estrategia de implantaci\u00f3n consisti\u00f3 en extender la volumetr\u00eda a lo largo de todo el frente del lote, desde la medianera este hasta la oeste, para liberar un amplio patio central que act\u00faa como coraz\u00f3n social de la vivienda. Un eje longitudinal articula las \u00e1reas sociales \u2014estar, comedor y cocina\u2014 que se extienden hacia la galer\u00eda y la piscina, promoviendo un habitar conectado al jard\u00edn. El frente hacia la calle se presenta cerrado, al ritmo de elementos filares de madera que visten el lenguaje de la fachada.
