MVRDV\" class=\"wp-image-127282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Grand-Ballroom-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Grand-Ballroom-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MULTIFUNCIONALIDAD DE ALTA DENSIDAD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El volumen esf\u00e9rico albergar\u00e1 una arena para unos 6.000 espectadores destinada a b\u00e1squet y v\u00f3ley, justo encima de una franja de retail, caf\u00e9s y espacios de uso p\u00fablico, y sobre todo esto, hotel y viviendas. Al apilar funciones tan distintas en una huella relativamente peque\u00f1a se optimiza el terreno y se integra el edificio con su entorno de forma m\u00e1s abierta y conectada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FORMA CON INTENCI\u00d3N URBANA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La elecci\u00f3n de la esfera va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo est\u00e9tico: al adoptar una geometr\u00eda redondeada, la construcci\u00f3n evita tener \u201cuna parte trasera\u201d desaprovechada, y al retraerse hacia su base genera espacios p\u00fablicos \u2014plazas, grader\u00edas exteriores, instalaciones deportivas al aire libre\u2014 que invitan al vecindario a participar. Adem\u00e1s, hacia su coronaci\u00f3n, la esfera se remata en terrazas para los residentes, aportando jerarqu\u00eda, paisaje y nuevas experiencias de vivienda en altura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/The-Grand-Ballroom-3.jpg\" alt=\"The Grand Ballroom. En el medio la arena deportiva. M\u00e1s arriba el hotel con vistas directas hacia el partido. Y en la c\u00e1scara superior los apartamentos, algunos con doble orientaci\u00f3n hacia la ciudad y hacia el interior del volumen. Esta disposici\u00f3n crea una experiencia casi cinematogr\u00e1fica: vivir encima del espect\u00e1culo, contemplarlo desde el hotel, participar en lo urbano desde la base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>RELEVANCIA PARA AM\u00c9RICA LATINA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el mercado argentino y latinoamericano, <em>The Grand Ballroom<\/em> representa un modelo a seguir en intervenciones urbanas: mezcla de usos, generaci\u00f3n de hitos y activaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico.
