El paisaje de suaves lomas y vegetaci\u00f3n arbustiva y con vistas hacia los cerros del norte, deb\u00eda ser un elemento principal en la concepci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1192\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-El-Tome-6.jpg\" raz\u00f3n que la vivienda se propone como un volumen donde el sector p\u00fablico del hogar, es decir el living y comedor, posea un atravieso visual entre ambos frentes de la construcci\u00f3n y permitir el ingreso tanto de luz natural como de los elementos del paisaje al interior de Casa El Tome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Con la finalidad de reforzar esta apertura hacia los cerros, es que se proponen ventanales, de piso a cielo, correderos que se puedan abrir completamente en el sector del living, potenciando esa continuidad entre interior y el sector exterior de la terraza orientada al norte. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n en este frente, se propuso un sombreadero por toda la fachada norte el cual permite a la vegetaci\u00f3n crecer por entre la estructura, controlando el asoleamiento en verano y permitiendo el paso de la luz en invierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los dormitorios tambi\u00e9n se orientan hacia el norte privilegiando el asoleamiento y las vistas a los cerros, mientras que la cocina se cierra en cuanto a ventanas al sur, pero se ilumina con luz natural mediante una gran lucarna que marca tambi\u00e9n el acceso principal a la propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\"
