El propietario quer\u00eda mudarse a la nueva propiedad como residencia principal y convertir la primera, en una vivienda de invitados. El reto de dise\u00f1o surgi\u00f3 del deseo del propietario de tener una casa de una sola planta en la que todos los miembros de la familia pudieran verse y realizar actividades juntos a lo largo del d\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"397\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-W-II-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa W II by IDIN Architects\" class=\"wp-image-127677\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-W-II-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-W-II-10-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al mismo tiempo, el propietario disfrutaba enormemente de las hermosas vistas de las monta\u00f1as desde la azotea del hogar original y quer\u00eda mantener el espacio para sus dos vacas mascotas, permiti\u00e9ndoles pasear y pastar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"402\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-W-II-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa W II by IDIN Architects\" class=\"wp-image-127678\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-W-II-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-W-II-3-300x152.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dise\u00f1o resuelve estas necesidades elevando la vivenda de una sola planta a una altura de 7 metros, igualando la altura del tejado del hogar original. La piscina tambi\u00e9n se encuentra elevada a este nivel. El ambiente y el tono de la casa enfatizan los tonos c\u00e1lidos. La madera utilizada es de tono natural, con madera de arce seleccionada por su distintivo veteado y su capacidad para complementar bien el hormig\u00f3n.
