Desde el patio delantero se genera un acceso secundario, adem\u00e1s de su conexi\u00f3n interna mediante la escalera principal que articula toda la vivienda. En este nivel se disponen un escritorio, una sala multiuso con gimnasio, y un ba\u00f1o\/camar\u00edn, configurando un espacio flexible y de car\u00e1cter m\u00e1s privado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nivel 1: Es el nivel principal y articulador del proyecto. Aqu\u00ed se ubican las \u00e1reas comunes: estar, comedor, cocina, hall de acceso y una suite para invitados.
