Permite un montaje r\u00e1pido, una obra limpia y un apoyo sobre pilotes, preservando el suelo y la vegetaci\u00f3n. Posicionado en un punto m\u00e1s elevado del terreno, Estudio BV parece flotar entre las plantas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-5.jpg\" alt=\"Estudio BV by Ang\u00e1 Arquitetura\" class=\"wp-image-128003\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su volumen es sencillo, con una cubierta a dos aguas que sigue la inclinaci\u00f3n del tejado de la casa principal, dise\u00f1o original del Estudio Memola y del Estudio Penha. La estructura met\u00e1lica se pint\u00f3 de color verde oscuro, siguiendo la paleta de colores de la casa preexistente y reforzando la integraci\u00f3n con el entorno natural.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-7.jpg\" alt=\"Estudio BV by Ang\u00e1 Arquitetura\" class=\"wp-image-128004\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-7-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Las fachadas exteriores en negro contribuyen a camuflar el volumen en el jard\u00edn y crean un ambiente introspectivo, con una atm\u00f3sfera t\u00edpica de estudio, ideal para los amantes del rock del hogar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-4.jpg\" alt=\"Estudio BV by Ang\u00e1 Arquitetura\" class=\"wp-image-128005\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rodeando todo el volumen, una terraza de madera se abre al jard\u00edn, ampliando el espacio \u00fatil y ofreciendo un ambiente de convivencia con una mesa al aire libre. En el centro de Estudio BV, una amplia puerta doble se puede abrir completamente, transformando el espacio en un escenario.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internamente, los cierres en capas \u2014chapa met\u00e1lica, lana de roca (aislamiento ac\u00fastico) y yeso\u2014 garantizan el confort ac\u00fastico.\u00a0<strong>El techo con tejas met\u00e1licas y el revestimiento de madera tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a la calidad ac\u00fastica.<\/strong>\u00a0La decoraci\u00f3n destaca los elementos afectivos: instrumentos, p\u00f3sters de conciertos, LPs, CDs, cuadros y un letrero de ne\u00f3n reutilizado de la antigua casa, ahora instalado sobre una peque\u00f1a barra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-2.jpg\" alt=\"Estudio BV by Ang\u00e1 Arquitetura\" class=\"wp-image-128006\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Estudio-BV-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La carpinter\u00eda fue dise\u00f1ada a medida. Un aparador alberga el tocadiscos y los LPs, mientras que las cajas con ruedas guardan los CDs. Una estanter\u00eda exhibe los art\u00edculos favoritos de la colecci\u00f3n. El sill\u00f3n con puf crea un rinc\u00f3n c\u00f3modo para practicar, descansar mientras se escucha un buen disco o se ven los ensayos.
