Esta banda se separa de los l\u00edmites existentes y conforma un fondo para el \u00e1rea de cafeter\u00eda de especialidad, ordenando la espacialidad del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-8.jpg\" alt=\"Botanicaf\u00e9 by OHIO Estudio\" class=\"wp-image-128155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-8-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego se gener\u00f3 una <strong>topograf\u00eda emergente desde el piso<\/strong>, que sectoriza los espacios de sitting y la barra principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El paisajismo, desarrollado por <strong>Juan Micelli<\/strong>, acompa\u00f1a esta operaci\u00f3n general y se integra a la banda verde y a los distintos sectores, generando un recorrido donde la vegetaci\u00f3n brota y acompa\u00f1a la circulaci\u00f3n, los niveles y las situaciones del espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-9.jpg\" alt=\"Botanicaf\u00e9 by OHIO Estudio\" class=\"wp-image-128156\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-9-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EJES DEL ESTUDIO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>COLOR PARA PERCIBIR<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El color trabaja en jerarqu\u00eda y textura. Las mesas y los bancos se realizaron en maderas forestadas tipo fen\u00f3lico, cuidando el uso de recursos y priorizando durabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-6.jpg\" alt=\"Botanicaf\u00e9 by OHIO Estudio\" class=\"wp-image-128161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-6-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MATERIALIZAR LAS IDEAS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un <strong>terrazo propio<\/strong>, desarrollado como un proceso artesanal donde cada composici\u00f3n es \u00fanica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>piso <\/strong>se concibi\u00f3 como <strong>espejos de agua<\/strong>, trabajando con la idea de la gota, el charco y la laguna natural. Esta l\u00f3gica l\u00edquida estructura la topograf\u00eda que organiza el sal\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-7.jpg\" alt=\"Botanicaf\u00e9 by OHIO Estudio\" class=\"wp-image-128162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-7-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para el <strong>ba\u00f1o<\/strong>, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un <strong>pattern propio<\/strong> a partir de un collage de plantas nativas. Esto se materializ\u00f3 en azulejos hechos a mano que recrean la sensaci\u00f3n de un jard\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se revalorizaron <strong>maderas tradicionales de forestaci\u00f3n argentina<\/strong> como pino y eucalipto, que se ti\u00f1eron para potenciar vetas muchas veces descartadas. Este trabajo permiti\u00f3 convertirlas en materiales contempor\u00e1neos y \u00fanicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1190\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-10.jpg\" alt=\"Botanicaf\u00e9 by OHIO Estudio\" class=\"wp-image-128163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Botanicafe-10-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las <strong>mesas<\/strong>, dise\u00f1adas desde el estudio, respetan geometr\u00edas org\u00e1nicas y completan la paleta crom\u00e1tica sectorizando experiencias con color y morfolog\u00eda.
