Casa Solem est\u00e1 situada en un paisaje exuberante, en una suave ladera. Las buenas condiciones de sol, los grandes pinos, los bosques circundantes y algunas casas de madera dispersas confieren al lugar un car\u00e1cter distintivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Solem-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Solem by MORFEUS arkitekter\" class=\"wp-image-128616\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Solem-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Solem-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La zona est\u00e1 sujeta a estrictas normas de construcci\u00f3n y edificaci\u00f3n, ya que se encuentra en la cuenca hidrogr\u00e1fica que abastece de agua a Oslo. El segundo nivel est\u00e1 integrado en el volumen del tejado, lo que reduce la altura percibida del edificio en respuesta tanto a la escala de otras edificaciones de la zona como a las normativas de construcci\u00f3n locales.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forma variada del tejado y las ventanas que se encuentran en \u00e9l proporcionan ricos espacios interiores, abundante luz natural y hermosas vistas del entorno. Los aleros prolongados del techo var\u00edan y ofrecen espacios exteriores parcialmente cubiertos. El perfil natural de la parcela, la capa superior del suelo y las \u00e1reas de monta\u00f1a expuesta se han preservado. Todas las superficies externas son permeables y el agua de lluvia se infiltra localmente. La combinaci\u00f3n de niveles y vistas a trav\u00e9s de puertas y ventanas facilita la salida, mientras se experimentan los cambios clim\u00e1ticos y estacionales como parte del interior.
