El proyecto parte del entendimiento del pronunciado declive del lote y de la fuerte presencia del agua como elementos estructurantes de la propuesta arquitect\u00f3nica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Represa JL by Garbin Arquitetos\" class=\"wp-image-128916\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el inicio, se busc\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n que no solo se adaptara al terreno, sino que utilizara sus caracter\u00edsticas como potencial espacial y paisaj\u00edstico. La residencia fue dise\u00f1ada para una pareja joven, con la premisa de acompa\u00f1ar transformaciones a lo largo del tiempo, lo que llev\u00f3 a la adopci\u00f3n de un sistema modular capaz de permitir ampliaciones futuras de forma coherente. Actualmente, la propiedad cuenta con cinco suites, resultado directo de esa estrategia de crecimiento progresivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Represa JL by Garbin Arquitetos\" class=\"wp-image-128917\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-3-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los principales desaf\u00edos del proyecto fue conciliar el acentuado desnivel del terreno con la necesidad de una circulaci\u00f3n clara y confortable, adem\u00e1s de garantizar la integraci\u00f3n visual constante con la represa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soluci\u00f3n encontrada fue organizar los accesos y los usos en niveles bien definidos, permitiendo que la arquitectura se apoyara en el suelo de manera equilibrada, sin grandes movimientos de tierra, y manteniendo una relaci\u00f3n directa con el paisaje en todos los ambientes principales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Represa JL by Garbin Arquitetos\" class=\"wp-image-128918\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-8-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acceso ocurre por el pavimento inferior del lote, que da acceso directo a una escalera que conduce al pavimento superior social, donde se concentran los espacios de convivencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este nivel, el living y la cocina gourmet se organizan de forma integrada, con amplias aberturas orientadas hacia la represa, priorizando la vista y la ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la extremidad de la losa superior, la piscina se implant\u00f3 de forma precisa, con su espejo de agua alineado al horizonte, reforzando la continuidad visual entre la vivienda y el entorno natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Represa JL by Garbin Arquitetos\" class=\"wp-image-128919\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Represa-JL-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pavimento inferior alberga las \u00e1reas \u00edntimas. Las suites se abren directamente al jard\u00edn y al terreno que desciende en direcci\u00f3n al agua, estableciendo una relaci\u00f3n inmediata entre el interior, la naturaleza y el paisaje.
