El dise\u00f1o se origina en un patio central y en las maneras en que los mundos interior y exterior pueden interactuar entre s\u00ed. Concebida como un reloj solar que registra el paso del tiempo,\u00a0Casa 720\u00b0 autosuficiente es muchas viviendas en una. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Durante el d\u00eda enmarca una monta\u00f1a y un volc\u00e1n<\/strong>, abri\u00e9ndose hacia las vistas diversas a lo largo del per\u00edmetro exterior del c\u00edrculo. <strong>Por la noche, se vuelca hacia el interior alrededor de un patio circular.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa 720\u00b0 by Fernanda Canales\" class=\"wp-image-129122\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-4-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto se compone de tres vol\u00famenes diferenciados: la propiedad circular principal, un estudio\/habitaci\u00f3n de invitados independiente y un volumen rectangular con patio que alberga dormitorios adicionales, \u00e1reas de almacenamiento y servicios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La divisi\u00f3n en vol\u00famenes separados responde a la topograf\u00eda acentuada y preserva la vegetaci\u00f3n existente. Su planta circular alberga dormitorios, ba\u00f1os, armarios y una cocina de geometr\u00eda rectangular.&nbsp;<strong>Los muros curvos se reservan para la circulaci\u00f3n, prolong\u00e1ndose como terrazas hacia el patio y como jardines hacia el exterior.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El esquema emplea aperturas flexibles \u2014pantallas de privacidad, grandes ventanas plegables y vistas enmarcadas\u2014 que permiten que los espacios interiores se transformen y mantengan una conexi\u00f3n constante con el entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa 720\u00b0 by Fernanda Canales\" class=\"wp-image-129124\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-2-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ubicada en un valle aislado a tres horas de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, la propiedad aborda dos condiciones aparentemente contradictorias: el resguardo y la apertura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Protege de un clima extremo \u2014donde las temperaturas pueden variar hasta 30 \u00b0C en un solo d\u00eda y la lluvia predomina durante la mitad del a\u00f1o\u2014, y al mismo tiempo se abre al m\u00e1ximo hacia el paisaje circundante. Sus muros funcionan como membranas entre dos zonas templadas (bosque y pradera), dos estaciones (seca y lluviosa) y tres condiciones espaciales (centro, interior y exterior).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa 720\u00b0 by Fernanda Canales\" class=\"wp-image-129125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa 720\u00b0 se ancla a la tierra, integr\u00e1ndose al terreno del que emergen sus materiales. Para&nbsp;<strong>lograr que la construcci\u00f3n de gran escala se funda con el paisaje intacto<\/strong>, se opt\u00f3 por un dise\u00f1o bajo y de un solo nivel, utilizando<strong>&nbsp;tierra local mezclada con concreto para obtener un acabado natural&nbsp;<\/strong>que dialoga con el entorno. La mayor\u00eda de las luminarias y del mobiliario fueron producidos in situ, con materiales locales y mano de obra artesanal de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa 720\u00b0 by Fernanda Canales\" class=\"wp-image-129126\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-720\u00b0-6-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa 720\u00b0 capta agua de lluvia, genera su propia electricidad mediante paneles solares e incorpora pisos radiantes hidr\u00f3nicos en los dormitorios. El sistema solar tambi\u00e9n calienta el agua utilizada en toda la vivienda.
