Casa La Vista es\u00a0una residencia de car\u00e1cter tect\u00f3nico<\/strong>\u00a0que emerge entre las dunas y la vastedad del desierto de Baja California Sur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La propiedad se asienta sobre un acantilado con vista al horizonte. Su disposici\u00f3n est\u00e1 orientada al sureste para enmarcar deliberadamente el punto de encuentro entre el cielo y el mar, frente a la costa de San Jos\u00e9 y Punta Gorda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En un clima que desaf\u00eda tanto el espacio como los materiales, se propuso dise\u00f1ar<\/strong> un gran techo como el gesto principal<\/strong>. Un elemento generoso que articula la vida entre las diferentes alas de la residencia y permite que la arquitectura entable un di\u00e1logo con el desierto\u2014no a trav\u00e9s de la resistencia, sino a trav\u00e9s de la sinergia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Casa<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Casa La Vista se despliega en tres alas conectadas por un eje longitudinal que las atraviesa de manera natural. Dos de estas albergan cinco dormitorios, vinculados por un jard\u00edn des\u00e9rtico que invita al movimiento, al encuentro y a la contemplaci\u00f3n, y que culmina en el ala social: el coraz\u00f3n de la vida compartida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La construcci\u00f3n emple\u00f3\u00a0piedra de la cantera local de Santa Catarina, envolviendo la casa en los tonos terrosos de su entorno y disolviendo las fronteras entre la arquitectura y el paisaje.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el ala social,\u00a0las paredes est\u00e1n revestidas de travertino de Puebla, ofreciendo un contrapunto suave y luminoso a la calidez del piso de piedra de Ojinaga y del techo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para la carpinter\u00eda, se eligi\u00f3 la nobleza de la madera de Rosa Morada<\/strong>, dej\u00e1ndola sin te\u00f1ir para que su color natural pudiera respirar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El clima extremo requiri\u00f3 repensar la relaci\u00f3n entre el interior y el exterior.<\/strong> Se incorporaron grandes voladizos para proporcionar sombra y protecci\u00f3n, y cuando las aberturas est\u00e1n completamente abiertas, se genera ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada a lo largo del eje central, enfriando los patios interiores con suaves brisas que parecen elevarse desde el propio suelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Casa<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Toda la vegetaci\u00f3n es end\u00e9mica, cuidadosamente trasplantada del ecosistema adyacente. Su disposici\u00f3n es intencional en lugar de aleatoria, compuesta en ritmos, secuencias y ensamblajes que acompa\u00f1an el movimiento mientras modulan la sombra y animan los espacios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo que hace especial a Casa La Vista no es solo su ubicaci\u00f3n o sus materiales, sino la atm\u00f3sfera que crea. Es una residencia destinada a ser habitada con calma, donde cada paso se siente guiado por una serenidad tangible. Una c\u00e1lida tranquilidad envuelve el espacio, como si la propia vivienda estuviera respirando junto al desierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
