El terreno, con acceso por su lado poniente, presenta una suave pendiente hacia el oriente, desde donde se abren vistas lejanas hacia el bosque del r\u00edo Maull\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1192\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Chave-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Chave by Esteban Arteaga,\u00a0Lezaeta Lavanchy\" class=\"wp-image-129662\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Chave-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Chave-5-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El encargo consist\u00eda en\u00a0<strong>proyectar una vivienda de 150 m\u00b2, reutilizando la madera de laurel de un antiguo galp\u00f3n adquirido por la familia, construido en la d\u00e9cada de 1950. Como punto de partida, realizamos un inventario del material disponible, con el objetivo de rescatar y valorizar la antigua estructura\u00a0<\/strong>desde una mirada m\u00e1s contempor\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Chave-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Chave by Esteban Arteaga,\u00a0Lezaeta Lavanchy\" class=\"wp-image-129663\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Chave-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Chave-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La madera utilizada tanto en la estructura como en los revestimientos interiores corresponde al laurel original del galp\u00f3n.
