Su tipolog\u00eda cruza la l\u00ednea entre una vivienda unifamiliar y un complejo multifamiliar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, este desarrollo de 10 unidades, dise\u00f1ado por el estudio de arquitectura The Ranch Mine y construido por Boxwell Southwest, encuentra armon\u00eda en un vecindario diverso, uniendo elementos dispares en un complejo moderno y refinado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"397\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-2.jpg\" alt=\"Uptown Row by The Ranch Mine\" class=\"wp-image-129909\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-2-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El prop\u00f3sito del dise\u00f1o de este complejo era crear un \u00e1rea familiar amigable para peatones en una ciudad que se moviliza en gran parte por autom\u00f3viles. El plan del sitio se divide en dos edificios id\u00e9nticos,\u00a0de aproximadamente el mismo tama\u00f1o que los edificios comerciales del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-7.jpg\" alt=\"Uptown Row by The Ranch Mine\" class=\"wp-image-129910\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada edificio contiene 5 propiedades adosadas que dividen la masa total en anchos del mismo tama\u00f1o que las viviendas hist\u00f3ricas ubicadas en las cercan\u00edas, lo que proporciona una escala residencial familiar para el vecindario. Se puede acceder a cada una de estas unidades a trav\u00e9s de pasarelas peatonales en medio de\u00a0vegetaci\u00f3n y una pared de bloques espaciada que brinda oportunidades informales para socializar con los vecinos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-3.jpg\" alt=\"Uptown Row by The Ranch Mine\" class=\"wp-image-129911\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Uptown-Row-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Se prest\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica a la colocaci\u00f3n de ventanas y habitaciones que proporcionen privacidad consistente desde la calle. Las unidades frontales tienen oficinas en la planta baja con entradas separadas\u00a0al \u00e1rea residencial pensando en el\u00a0creciente n\u00famero de personas que tienen negocios de emprendimiento.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta fachada, sobresalen marcos de acero corten personalizados para proporcionar sombra adicional a las ventanas aqu\u00ed dispuestas. Las paredes de estuco y bloques de concreto desplazados son los materiales m\u00e1s comunes en el vecindario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El segundo piso del hogar alberga las habitaciones, mientras que el tercer piso es un espacio flexible que cuenta con una barra\u00a0que se abre a una cubierta de techo con parrilla incorporada,\u00a0creando un espacio de entretenimiento ideal tanto en interior como en exterior.
