Ubicado en la costa sur de Brasil, frente a la Playa Calheiros, el proyecto es uno de los cuatro edificios en el complejo Rocha Floridas, comprometido con la sostenibilidad al priorizar materiales de Bajo Carbono Incorporado (LEC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de Hu\u00e9spedes Rocha Floridas\" class=\"wp-image-130254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La secuencia espacial est\u00e1 coreografiada para involucrar el paisaje. Los visitantes llegan a un carport construido con taipa de pedra tradicional (tierra y granito extra\u00eddo localmente), encajado en la ladera. Para ampliar las \u00e1reas de estar, comedor y dormitorios, un grueso marco de madera rodea el cubo, y cuatro \u201ccajones\u201d c\u00fabicos se proyectan en voladizo hacia el Bosque Atl\u00e1ntico, creando un din\u00e1mico juego de llenos y vac\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de Hu\u00e9spedes Rocha Floridas\" class=\"wp-image-130258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-4-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Equilibrar las dram\u00e1ticas exigencias estructurales de estos voladizos con la claridad geom\u00e9trica del proyecto present\u00f3 un desaf\u00edo significativo. El dise\u00f1o requer\u00eda un armaz\u00f3n de madera dura, pero esto result\u00f3 ineficiente y demasiado pesado. La Canela Preta recuperada\u2014una madera dura local protegida\u2014encontrada en un almac\u00e9n abandonado cercano fue reutilizada para los acabados interiores. Las maderas estructurales presentan Garapera e Itauba de cosecha sostenible, mientras que los muebles de cocina utilizan pino local carbonizado mediante la t\u00e9cnica Shou sugi ban. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"991\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de Hu\u00e9spedes Rocha Floridas\" class=\"wp-image-130260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-Huespedes-Rocha-Floridas-6-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una columna estructural central de pizarra cortada de cantera alberga la chimenea. Entre los aspectos destacados se encuentran sillas y un sof\u00e1 originales de S\u00e9rgio Rodrigues, as\u00ed como tapices de Kennedy Bahia.
