El lote linda con una reserva natural caracterizada por un bosque denso de quebrachos colorados, algarrobos negros, cha\u00f1ares y aromitos, especies propias de la regi\u00f3n semi\u00e1rida. La topograf\u00eda presenta una pendiente marcada en sentido este\u2013oeste y un declive abrupto hacia el sur, en direcci\u00f3n a la reserva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-4-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Cosmos by Cristian Nanzer\" class=\"wp-image-130403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-4-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-4-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CONCEPTO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa Cosmos se concibe como un dispositivo pan\u00f3ptico: desde un punto central del predio, su geometr\u00eda se despliega en funci\u00f3n de tres visuales focales del paisaje. Hacia el sur, la reserva natural con el cerro Las Gemelas como tel\u00f3n de fondo; hacia el noreste, el Cerro Uritorco; hacia el oeste, el Dique El Caj\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta decisi\u00f3n configura una tipolog\u00eda de trama triangular que ordena la disposici\u00f3n centr\u00edfuga de los ambientes en torno a un espacio central destinado al \u00e1mbito social. A su alrededor se disponen la cocina-comedor \u2014absolutamente integrada al centro\u2014, un dormitorio en suite y un estudio, estos \u00faltimos segregados por muros pesados que regulan la intimidad y la inercia t\u00e9rmica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-5-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Cosmos by Cristian Nanzer\" class=\"wp-image-130404\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-5-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-5-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El n\u00facleo del hogar incorpora un lucernario triangular que filtra la luz de manera difusa, introduciendo una referencia constante al ciclo diurno. La luz, en su desplazamiento, opera como un reloj que mide el transcurrir del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La experiencia espacial propone la atm\u00f3sfera de una caverna di\u00e1fana: un promontorio poli\u00e9drico y pesado, socavado en tres puntos estrat\u00e9gicos y equivalentes. Estos vac\u00edos, dotados de espesor, se materializan como galer\u00edas que ofrecen reparo y sombra neta a las grandes aberturas. A ello se suma el filtro de tres postigones corredizos de metal desplegado semipesado, que colaboran en el control lum\u00ednico, la regulaci\u00f3n de la velocidad del aire y la seguridad de la vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-3-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Cosmos by Cristian Nanzer\" class=\"wp-image-130405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-3-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-3-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La obra aprovecha la topograf\u00eda para ganar altura en los espacios principales. Un basamento absorbe el desnivel existente y establece un nuevo plano de apoyo para la planta principal. En \u00e9l se aloja una unidad residencial aut\u00f3noma, adem\u00e1s de dependencias t\u00e9cnicas y dep\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MATERIALIDAD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El basamento se resuelve mediante muros de piedra encofrada de 40 cm de espesor, capaces de contener el terreno y consolidar el nuevo nivel cero. Sobre este, la planta principal se construye con muros de hormig\u00f3n visto encofrado con tablas. En los cerramientos exteriores se incorpora aislaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica en el alma del muro, reforzando el desempe\u00f1o higrot\u00e9rmico del conjunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Cosmos by Cristian Nanzer\" class=\"wp-image-130406\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-2-1.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Cosmos-2-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La expresi\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica deriva de la materialidad expuesta, que hace expl\u00edcitos los procesos constructivos y las t\u00e9cnicas locales. La aridez del paisaje circundante encuentra continuidad en los muros exteriores y un eco en el ascetismo de los espacios interiores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En estas latitudes, la luz es el material omnipresente. Su coreograf\u00eda y su color dan cuenta de las horas y de los ciclos del a\u00f1o.
