Ahora, con el Shift Landmark, quiere ir m\u00e1s lejos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Shift Landmark es un proyecto de \u20ac240 millones ubicado en el barrio Waterkant, en el waterfront sur de la ciudad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La consigna es espec\u00edfica: un edificio de entre 25.000 y 30.000 m\u00b2, dedicado a la vida circular y al cambio clim\u00e1tico. Un destino, no una sede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cinco reconocidos estudios de arquitectura presentaron sus propuestas para el Shift Landmark.
