Un plano t\u00e9cnico, una superficie de mantenimiento, el lugar donde van los equipos de aire acondicionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoy, algunos estudios lo est\u00e1n usando de otra manera. Lo convierten en parque, en plaza, en aula, en mirador. En el lugar al que realmente quer\u00e9s llegar. Cinco proyectos recientes lo demuestran mejor que cualquier manifiesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. LA PIR\u00c1MIDE QUE SE PUEDE ESCALAR<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Pir\u00e1mide de Tirana fue construida como mausoleo del dictador Enver Hoxha. D\u00e9cadas despu\u00e9s, MVRDV la transform\u00f3 en lo opuesto: un edificio completamente abierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Techos-habitables-5-proyectos-increibles-01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-131284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Techos-habitables-5-proyectos-increibles-01.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Techos-habitables-5-proyectos-increibles-01-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La intervenci\u00f3n es simple y radical. Tallaron escalones directamente en las caras inclinadas de la pir\u00e1mide. Hoy cualquiera puede trepar hasta la cima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El techo dej\u00f3 de ser un privilegio. Se convirti\u00f3 en un recorrido p\u00fablico en el centro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. EL JARD\u00cdN QUE SUBE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Yakarta, donde el suelo vale oro, RAD+ar dise\u00f1\u00f3 Aruma Split Garden fragmentando el edificio en niveles que se desplazan alrededor de \u00e1rboles existentes. Cada piso se mueve. Es su punto m\u00e1s alto. TOKIO DESDE ARRIBA, PERO CON LOS PIES EN LA TIERRA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Azabudai Hills, de Heatherwick Studio, es uno de los desarrollos m\u00e1s ambiciosos de Tokio en a\u00f1os. Y su apuesta m\u00e1s interesante no est\u00e1 en las torres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Est\u00e1 en los podios. Los edificios bajos fueron dise\u00f1ados como colinas artificiales: sus techos se inclinan, se conectan, forman un parque continuo elevado sobre la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Camin\u00e1s por encima de tiendas y oficinas sin saberlo. SUBIR COMO RITUAL COTIDIANO<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beacon House, en Filadelfia, es un edificio de vivienda transitoria para personas en situaci\u00f3n de calle. EVEREST GROUP dise\u00f1\u00f3 una rampa continua que asciende por la fachada hasta llegar a la azotea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El recorrido no es decorativo. Es el coraz\u00f3n del proyecto. Subir se convierte en un acto diario cargado de significado, con vistas a la ciudad que normalmente permanecen fuera del alcance de sus residentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El techo como horizonte. UN PATIO DE JUEGOS EN LAS ALTURAS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Wenns, Austria, roeck architekten ten\u00eda un problema cl\u00e1sico: poco espacio entre edificios existentes para construir un jard\u00edn de infantes. La soluci\u00f3n fue subir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El techo se convirti\u00f3 en el patio de juegos. Una cubierta curva con vistas a los Alpes donde los chicos corren, juegan y aprenden al aire libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No hay separaci\u00f3n entre adentro y afuera. Es la actitud.En todos los casos, el techo fue pensado desde el primer d\u00eda como parte del programa, no como un agregado. Eso cambia todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El quinto plano ya no es residual.
