Dise\u00f1ado por RA! y desarrollado por Grupo Laiva, el edificio se concibe como una pieza urbana integrada al tejido peatonal, capaz de aportar espacio p\u00fablico y, al mismo tiempo, ofrecer una experiencia de estancia \u00edntima y vinculada al entorno inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-2.jpg\" alt=\"Laiva Plaza Hotel by RA!\" class=\"wp-image-133045\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto se organiza en una planta baja de usos mixtos, dos niveles de habitaciones y Roof Garden con amenidades orientadas a las vistas del contexto urbano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-7.jpg\" alt=\"Laiva Plaza Hotel by RA!\" class=\"wp-image-133046\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Su implantaci\u00f3n responde a la vocaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y caminable del centro hist\u00f3rico, as\u00ed como al uso del color como expresi\u00f3n de identidad cultural. A partir de estas condiciones, el edificio se remete para liberar un atrio p\u00fablico que construye una secuencia de sombra, ventilaci\u00f3n y transici\u00f3n entre la calle y el interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-4.jpg\" alt=\"Laiva Plaza Hotel by RA!\" class=\"wp-image-133048\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Laiva-Plaza-Hotel-4-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El acceso se plantea como un umbral abierto, donde un pasaje sombreado articula el encuentro entre espacio p\u00fablico e interior. El proyecto no se concibe como un objeto aislado, sino como una extensi\u00f3n de la calle, incorporando el flujo urbano dentro de su organizaci\u00f3n espacial.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hacia el interior, el edificio se estructura en torno a un patio central vertical que ordena la circulaci\u00f3n, introduce luz natural y favorece la ventilaci\u00f3n cruzada. Este vac\u00edo act\u00faa como regulador clim\u00e1tico y espacial, estableciendo una atm\u00f3sfera de calma y control lum\u00ednico.
