Casa Trim se ubica en una zona que se caracteriza por una urbanizaci\u00f3n dispersa y tradicional, con propiedades y chal\u00e9s de verano enclavados entre \u00e1rboles y amplios espacios verdes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Trim by KWK Promes,\u00a0Robert Konieczny\" class=\"wp-image-133532\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la parcela objeto del concurso, as\u00ed como en sus alrededores, exist\u00edan antiguamente viviendas de madera de la \u00e9poca de entreguerras, que no han llegado hasta estos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"816\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Trim by KWK Promes,\u00a0Robert Konieczny\" class=\"wp-image-133533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-7-292x300.jpg 292w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al elevar parte del hogar un nivel, el patio aporta m\u00e1s luz natural al interior y, junto con la sala de estar, se ha convertido en una prolongaci\u00f3n del jard\u00edn que la rodea. La primera planta, elevada, alberga la zona privada de descanso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1192\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-8.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Trim by KWK Promes,\u00a0Robert Konieczny\" class=\"wp-image-133534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-8-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los dormitorios, con acceso a una terraza situada sobre el volumen de la planta baja, permiten a los residentes disfrutar de la naturaleza sin renunciar a la intimidad y la seguridad.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2017, antes de que se tuviera ocasi\u00f3n de encontrar un nombre para este intrigante motivo espacial \u2014cuando a\u00fan est\u00e1bamos en plena fase de dise\u00f1o\u2014, la Uni\u00f3n de Agricultores y Verdes de Lituania lleg\u00f3 al poder e introdujo una normativa que limitaba la superficie de construcci\u00f3n permitida en un 50 %. Como resultado, surgi\u00f3 un plano de planta triangular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"791\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Trim by KWK Promes,\u00a0Robert Konieczny\" class=\"wp-image-133537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Trim-6-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ampliaci\u00f3n de la zona ajardinada y la mejora de la exposici\u00f3n al sol \u2014tan importantes en esta ubicaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica y en este entorno boscoso\u2014 se convirtieron en argumentos adicionales que permitieron reducir el tama\u00f1o de Casa Trim.
