sobre una pendiente que desciende hacia la playa de\u00a0Matanzas, Casa Mar\u00eda responde a una quebrada natural que atraviesa el terreno, tomando de esta condici\u00f3n su geometr\u00eda. A partir de esta lectura, se configura un tri\u00e1ngulo rect\u00e1ngulo cuya arista mayor se dispone paralela a la quebrada, permitiendo que los principales espacios de la vivienda se abran hacia el oc\u00e9ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"818\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Maria-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Mar\u00eda by Gonzalo Rufin Arquitectos, Manuel Rufin\" class=\"wp-image-134954\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Maria-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Maria-2-291x300.jpg 291w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el interior de la figura se genera un patio protegido del viento sur predominante, creando un espacio exterior resguardado. Grandes aperturas corredizas fortalecen adem\u00e1s la relaci\u00f3n entre los espacios interiores y el paisaje circundante, promoviendo una conexi\u00f3n visual y espacial continua con el exterior.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto se concibi\u00f3 para funcionar de manera modular. Desde all\u00ed, el acceso ocurre atravesando el plano superior de la vivienda, transformando la techumbre en una extensi\u00f3n del paisaje y en un mirador abierto hacia el oc\u00e9ano.
