La disposici\u00f3n de las peque\u00f1as ventanas en la propiedad no permit\u00eda aprovechar las vistas privilegiadas y este hecho, junto con la baja altura de los espacios, result\u00f3 en una vivienda oscura y muy compartimentada.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico busc\u00f3 dotar al espacio de cualidades que fomentaran la conexi\u00f3n con el entorno y la luz. Para ello, se propuso una nueva ubicaci\u00f3n para la sala de estar, que sirve como el centro de uni\u00f3n para la familia. Cada \u00e1rea est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para fomentar la convivencia y el bienestar, creando un ambiente donde las familias pueden reunirse y compartir momentos.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El piso superior est\u00e1 organizado en dos vol\u00famenes distintivos, vinculados por un elegante pasillo que da al patio.
