en el Embalse est\u00e1 construida en una peque\u00f1a pen\u00ednsula del embalse La Fe, a 30 km al oriente de Medell\u00edn. Un lugar monta\u00f1oso de clima variable donde la niebla, el sol intenso, las lluvias fuertes y las noches fr\u00edas conviven en un mismo d\u00eda. Esta condici\u00f3n cambiante define tanto el lugar como las decisiones del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa en el Embalse by Obranegra Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-135141\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta busca establecer una relaci\u00f3n profunda con la atmosfera del lugar, las monta\u00f1as, el embalse, la topograf\u00eda pronunciada y los \u00e1rboles que la rodean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa en el Embalse by Obranegra Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-135139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-7-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El terreno est\u00e1 conformado por una terraza superior por donde se ingresa al lote y otra un poco m\u00e1s abajo, donde se asienta la vivienda. A partir de ah\u00ed, la pendiente desciende con mayor intensidad hasta internarse en el embalse. En la l\u00ednea de borde, una franja de pinos, eucaliptos y arrayanes nativos protege la propiedad del sol y del viento. La condici\u00f3n de pen\u00ednsula determin\u00f3 la geometr\u00eda de la planta y el emplazamiento del hogar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa en el Embalse by Obranegra Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-135140\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de entrar, se desciende por un sendero sinuoso, invadido por una vegetaci\u00f3n densa y de diferentes especies. Esta estrategia paisaj\u00edstica busca dilatar la llegada y obliga a descubrir la vivienda de manera progresiva, convirtiendo el recorrido en una experiencia sensorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa en el Embalse by Obranegra Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-135142\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-10-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El proyecto se compone por dos vol\u00famenes dislocados entre s\u00ed, articulados por un espacio de transici\u00f3n, que sirve de umbral a la propiedad e invita a navegarla y a descubrir el paisaje en todas las direcciones. M\u00e1s que una forma aut\u00f3noma, Casa en el Embalse es el resultado de una estrategia de acomodaci\u00f3n precisa que responde a la geograf\u00eda del lugar.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El m\u00f3dulo social, es un espacio abierto, continuo y transparente donde se puede cocinar, comer, leer o tocar m\u00fasica, mientras se disfruta de la tranquilidad del embalse. El m\u00f3dulo de habitaciones, m\u00e1s compartimentado, cuenta con dos fachadas transparentes. Desde el corredor de alcobas se puede mirar hacia el jard\u00edn de acceso, mientras que desde las habitaciones se establece una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00edntima con el bosque cercano y la proximidad del agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa en el Embalse by Obranegra Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-135143\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa en el Embalse se concibe fundamentalmente en secci\u00f3n. La gran cubierta es el elemento arquitect\u00f3nico que define la espacialidad del hogar y su relaci\u00f3n con el lugar. En ambos m\u00f3dulos, la inclinaci\u00f3n de la cubierta, sigue la pendiente del terreno, facilitando que el agua lluvia fluya de manera natural hacia el embalse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa en el Embalse by Obranegra Arquitectos\" class=\"wp-image-135144\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-en-el-Embalse-5-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los amplios aleros responden al clima, protegen del asoleamiento y la lluvia, y enmarcan el paisaje acerc\u00e1ndolo al interior. Bajo ellos aparecen una serie de terrazas y corredores que sirven de transici\u00f3n entre lo dom\u00e9stico y lo natural.
