Las nuevas aulas de arte forman parte de una estructura existente. Edificio de Arte Unidad Educativa Cardenal Spellman se considera una ampliaci\u00f3n. Un generoso espacio blanco, neutro y luminoso, dotado de las mejores vistas, bajo una luz homog\u00e9nea y cubiertos por Ozenfant y O&#8217;Gorman, se encuentra el aula de pintura (una \u00abc\u00e1mara clara\u00bb).
