Abadim consiste en la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de una vivienda rural del siglo XIX, situada en la aldea de Abadim, en la regi\u00f3n de Minho, al norte de Portugal. La propiedad est\u00e1 formada por un conjunto de construcciones que se disponen en un paisaje verde, con vistas a la Serra da Cabreira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-12.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Abadim by Paulo Moreira Architectures\" class=\"wp-image-135958\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-12.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-12-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El edificio principal, que se encontraba en estado de semirruina, estaba formado por dos viviendas, construidas en \u00e9pocas diferentes, dispuestas alrededor de un patio en forma de U. Interesaba poner de relieve las dos identidades distintas: en la parte m\u00e1s antigua, con piedra vista y una inscripci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o 1834 sobre la entrada original, ubicamos las habitaciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-11.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Abadim by Paulo Moreira Architectures\" class=\"wp-image-135959\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la parte m\u00e1s reciente, con paredes enlucidas y de menor valor patrimonial, incorporamos las zonas comunes. Una chimenea en el centro de la sala permite organizar las funciones de &#8216;estar&#8217; y de &#8216;comer&#8217;, esta \u00faltima en conexi\u00f3n m\u00e1s cercana con la cocina. La sala de estar comunica con una terraza y un jard\u00edn, ambos orientados al sur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Abadim by Paulo Moreira Architectures\" class=\"wp-image-135962\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La relaci\u00f3n fluida entre el interior y el exterior es un tema recurrente en el resto de espacios del hogar. Adem\u00e1s, la madera del techo, pintada de blanco, y la textura lisa del suelo refuerzan la voluntad de asumir el car\u00e1cter contempor\u00e1neo. Los restos de la madera original y los antiguos nichos de las paredes recuerdan la historia del edificio.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la zona de los dormitorios, la elecci\u00f3n de los materiales \u2014suelos de madera y techos lisos\u2014 se distingue de la zona del sal\u00f3n y la cocina. Estos elementos aportan coherencia al conjunto y garantizan que, a pesar de haber sido originalmente construida en \u00e9pocas diferentes, se trata de hecho de una vivienda \u00fanica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-7.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Abadim by Paulo Moreira Architectures\" class=\"wp-image-135967\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-7-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El anexo, que originalmente era el establo, se ha transformado en una unidad de alojamiento independiente. Tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed se ha cumplido el deseo de garantizar un car\u00e1cter singular: una construcci\u00f3n nueva en el seno de una ruina intocable. La estructura, construida \u00edntegramente en hormig\u00f3n, alberga una encimera de cocina, un cuarto de ba\u00f1o y un dormitorio en el entresuelo. Se aleja de las paredes de piedra para crear una peque\u00f1a terraza triangular que se abre al paisaje y al cielo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Abadim by Paulo Moreira Architectures\" class=\"wp-image-135965\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Abadim-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa Abadim se complementa con una serie de elementos independientes \u2014piscina, pajar, era, cisterna, granero\u2014 que, en ocasiones, se erigen como s\u00edmbolos de la contemporaneidad y, en otras, dan testimonio del paso del tiempo. La constelaci\u00f3n de elementos &#8216;singulares&#8217;, en lugar de una soluci\u00f3n \u00fanica y totalitaria que podr\u00eda ser demasiado intrusiva, aporta una fuerte connotaci\u00f3n paisaj\u00edstica al proyecto.
