Ambos albergaron la comisar\u00eda del barrio en diferentes \u00e9pocas. Est\u00e1n unidas por la fachada reconstruida de un edificio que en su d\u00eda ocupaba el espacio entre ambas, creando as\u00ed una estructura similar a una columnata que conserva el recuerdo del conjunto tal y como era en su d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-10.jpg\" alt=\"Nieuw Bergen by MVRDV\" class=\"wp-image-136823\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-10-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Detr\u00e1s de estos edificios renovados, las cinco nuevas estructuras se elevan gradualmente en escala, desde el edificio de seis pisos&nbsp;<em>Orange<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013 que alberga 48 de los 54 apartamentos del desarrollo destinados a vivienda social \u2013 hasta alcanzar una altura de 17 pisos con la torre en el otro extremo del complejo,&nbsp;<em>Indigo<\/em>. <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta transici\u00f3n se refuerza con un degradado de colores en las fachadas, comenzando con el ladrillo rojo oscuro de los dos edificios existentes, y pasando por marr\u00f3n, beige y gris claro antes de terminar en la fachada de piedra blanca de la torre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-9.jpg\" alt=\"Nieuw Bergen by MVRDV\" class=\"wp-image-136830\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-9-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las l\u00edneas irregulares de los tejados de estos cinco edificios se han creado siguiendo un enfoque sistem\u00e1tico para aprovechar la luz natural: las superficies de los tejados forman un \u00e1ngulo de 45 grados con respecto a la base de las estructuras vecinas, lo que garantiza que las viviendas y los espacios p\u00fablicos est\u00e9n bien iluminados por el sol y hace que Nieuw Bergen transmita una sensaci\u00f3n de amplitud y luminosidad a pesar de su densidad y del trazado \u00edntimo de sus calles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos tejados inclinados tambi\u00e9n ofrecen superficies ideales para instalar paneles fotovoltaicos y tejados verdes, lo que contribuye a la biodiversidad del barrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-3.jpg\" alt=\"Nieuw Bergen by MVRDV\" class=\"wp-image-136818\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-3-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la parte superior de tres de estos tejados hay terrazas al aire libre, con parapetos de cristal que sirven de protecci\u00f3n contra el viento. Estos ofrecen espacios comunes en los edificios&nbsp;<em>Bleu<\/em>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<em>Rouge<\/em>, y la azotea del&nbsp;<em>Bleu<\/em>&nbsp;cuenta adem\u00e1s con un invernadero acristalado destinado a la jardiner\u00eda comunitaria. Estas oportunidades que tienen los vecinos para reunirse, organizar eventos y cuidar sus huertos contribuyen a fomentar la cohesi\u00f3n social entre ellos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-7.jpg\" alt=\"Nieuw Bergen by MVRDV\" class=\"wp-image-136821\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-7-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los locales comerciales, situados en las plantas bajas de&nbsp;<em>Indigo<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Violet, Bleu, Vert<\/em>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<em>Jaune<\/em>, tambi\u00e9n se beneficiar\u00e1n de los espacios p\u00fablicos soleados y pr\u00e1cticamente libres de tr\u00e1fico, que invitan a los visitantes a quedarse un rato, al tiempo que ofrecen un amplio espacio para terrazas donde comer y tomar algo.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abEl barrio de De Bergen es una de las zonas m\u00e1s antiguas y aut\u00e9nticas de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.cl\/cl\/tag\/eindhoven\">Eindhoven<\/a>, conocido por sus peque\u00f1os restaurantes y tiendas boutique, lo que lo convierte en un barrio con mucho encanto situado cerca del centro de la ciudad\u00bb, afirma Jacob van Rijs, socio fundador de MVRDV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abPara convertir este emplazamiento, que hasta ahora era un conjunto de edificios municipales y estacionamientos, en un lugar donde vivir y pasar el tiempo, con actividad durante todo el d\u00eda, quer\u00edamos edificios con car\u00e1cter, integrados en el barrio de forma que resultaran naturales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-8.jpg\" alt=\"Nieuw Bergen by MVRDV\" class=\"wp-image-136822\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-8.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nieuw-Bergen-8-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los tejados inclinados lo consiguen de una forma que beneficia tanto a los residentes de los pisos como a los transe\u00fantes de las calles.
