El proyecto se define a partir de una operaci\u00f3n morfol\u00f3gica precisa: una barra plegada de hormig\u00f3n visto se apoya sobre dos lomas de vegetaci\u00f3n nativa, configurando un sistema en el que la arquitectura y el paisaje se integran por completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Lomadas by Grizzo Studio\" class=\"wp-image-139012\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Casa Lomadas se organiza como una secuencia de recorridos y relaciones visuales. En lugar de presentarse como un volumen cerrado, funciona como una geometr\u00eda activa que dirige las visuales, enmarca el entorno y estructura la experiencia espacial. De este modo, la arquitectura se entiende como una topograf\u00eda habitable en continuidad con el terreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Lomadas by Grizzo Studio\" class=\"wp-image-139010\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-10-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El uso continuo de hormig\u00f3n visto en muros y pisos refuerza la lectura de una pieza unificada, definiendo un car\u00e1cter material cohesivo. Los materiales se expresan de manera directa, sin revestimientos, consolidando una arquitectura clara y honesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-9.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Lomadas by Grizzo Studio\" class=\"wp-image-139009\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-9-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las lomas no solo resuelven el apoyo, sino que tambi\u00e9n estructuran el proyecto. Una de ellas emerge desde el frente y se extiende hacia la laguna, ensanch\u00e1ndose a medida que se abre al horizonte. La otra, de car\u00e1cter m\u00e1s t\u00e9cnico, comienza como acceso vehicular y cochera, se sumerge en el terreno y reaparece como una rampa verde que conecta la planta alta con el muelle. Un espejo de agua organiza la llegada, gu\u00eda hacia el acceso lateral y refleja la arquitectura y la vegetaci\u00f3n, reforzando la percepci\u00f3n del conjunto. La entrada acompa\u00f1a la loma izquierda, la cual conecta con el estar en doble altura. Un puente cruza el vac\u00edo del acceso y conecta con los dormitorios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Lomadas by Grizzo Studio\" class=\"wp-image-139005\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-5-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dormitorio principal ocupa el extremo de la barra, abri\u00e9ndose hacia ambos lados mediante grandes pa\u00f1os vidriados y culminando en un ba\u00f1o en suite contenido en un voladizo que vuela sobre el jard\u00edn. Desde all\u00ed, el recorrido contin\u00faa hacia la segunda loma, descendiendo al jard\u00edn y a la laguna, lo que refuerza la continuidad entre los distintos niveles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-6.jpg\" alt=\"Casa Lomadas by Grizzo Studio\" class=\"wp-image-139006\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Lomadas-6-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fachada posterior se resuelve con una pantalla met\u00e1lica perforada de doble altura, despegada del volumen principal y suspendida de vigas profundas.
