Frente a un terreno delicado y sumamente limitado, Stylus Architects opt\u00f3 por llevar la edificaci\u00f3n bajo tierra, manteniendo una presencia exterior modesta mientras daba lugar a una espaciosa vivienda familiar bajo la superficie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-11.jpg\" alt=\"Green Lodge by Stylus Architects\" class=\"wp-image-139188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-11.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-11-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El terreno presentaba un contexto complejo. Una iglesia de estilo neog\u00f3tico se ubica al sur. Villas victorianas, casas de estilo Arts and Crafts y una densa y madura copa de \u00e1rboles rodean la parcela. Las normativas de planificaci\u00f3n exig\u00edan una respuesta moderada. La estrategia de construir bajo el nivel del suelo fue la soluci\u00f3n, reduciendo la escala percibida del edificio y entregando a la vez un hogar amplio y bien planificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-2.jpg\" alt=\"Green Lodge by Stylus Architects\" class=\"wp-image-139179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-2-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El enfoque estructural es claro y deliberado, con dos muros espinales de concreto visto que van desde la base del edificio hasta el techo, dividiendo la planta en tres cruj\u00edas bien definidas. Al mostrarse en lugar de ocultarse, el concreto aparece en cada habitaci\u00f3n, aportando textura, continuidad y permanencia. La madera de alerce juega un papel igualmente central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-9.jpg\" alt=\"Green Lodge by Stylus Architects\" class=\"wp-image-139186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-9.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-9-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La casa est\u00e1 revestida completamente en alerce, incluyendo la cubierta, percibi\u00e9ndose como un \u00fanico volumen escult\u00f3rico. Con el tiempo, la madera adquirir\u00e1 un tono gris plateado debido a la intemperie, integrando a\u00fan m\u00e1s el edificio en su entorno boscoso. Un gran tragaluz sobre la escalera permite que la luz diurna caiga en cascada desde el nivel del techo hasta el vest\u00edbulo del s\u00f3tano.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patios de luz orientados al sur iluminan cada uno de los dormitorios subterr\u00e1neos, los cuales cuentan con su propia terraza exterior. Al anochecer, una iluminaci\u00f3n cuidadosamente integrada y alineada con la geometr\u00eda del edificio ilumina el hogar, otorgando a la luz artificial la misma importancia que a la luz natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-10.jpg\" alt=\"Green Lodge by Stylus Architects\" class=\"wp-image-139187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-10-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La escalera conecta todos los niveles del hogar y se sit\u00faa debajo de un gran tragaluz alineado con ella, lo que le permite funcionar como un elemento central vertical y escult\u00f3rico. La cocina se integra en el volumen abovedado, con la isla ubicada de manera precisa bajo el tragaluz, coronada por una barra de iluminaci\u00f3n hecha a medida y alineada con la proporci\u00f3n \u00e1urea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"793\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-5.jpg\" alt=\"Green Lodge by Stylus Architects\" class=\"wp-image-139182\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-5-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La carpinter\u00eda se extiende por toda la propiedad, con camas, escritorios y armarios empotrados en cada habitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como armarios infantiles que se transforman en espacios de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1057\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-7.jpg\" alt=\"Green Lodge by Stylus Architects\" class=\"wp-image-139184\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-7.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-7-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los ba\u00f1os combinan concreto visto, carpinter\u00eda a medida, azulejos de gran formato en tono rosa pastel y un cielo de roble tipo reticulado. Diversas obras de arte del arquitecto principal, Matthew Withers, se integran en la estructura del edificio. Una de ellas incorpora y reemplaza la rejilla de ventilaci\u00f3n convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-6.jpg\" alt=\"Green Lodge by Stylus Architects\" class=\"wp-image-139183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-6.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Green-Lodge-6-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Green Lodge demuestra que las respuestas arquitect\u00f3nicas m\u00e1s reflexivas suelen ser las menos visibles. Oculta bajo Putney Heath, la casa no intenta llamar la atenci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, en su interior, cada habitaci\u00f3n revela una composici\u00f3n deliberada de luz, concreto, madera y artesan\u00eda.
