El terreno, por su parte, se presentaba como un lote urbano com\u00fan, regular y plano, sin caracter\u00edsticas destacables, colindante con una calle adaptada para el autom\u00f3vil e insertado en un paisaje urbano h\u00edbrido, aparentemente desordenado y cambiante seg\u00fan el punto de vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-4.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de la L\u00ednea by Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto\" class=\"wp-image-140067\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-4.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-4-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante este contexto, el acto de proyectar result\u00f3 exigente. El principal desaf\u00edo fue transformar un lugar sin identidad en una referencia central de la vida de quienes lo habitan, convirtiendo un terreno urbano indiferenciado en el \u00fanico lugar donde se quiere vivir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-2.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de la L\u00ednea by Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto\" class=\"wp-image-140075\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-2.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-2-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La definici\u00f3n de premisas claras fue fundamental. Se opt\u00f3 por desarrollar la propiedad \u00edntegramente a nivel del suelo, distribuyendo el \u00e1rea habitacional por el terreno. Se busc\u00f3 proteger los espacios del entorno cercano, garantizando la privacidad, y reforzar la relaci\u00f3n entre el interior de la vivienda y su espacio exterior privado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-3.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de la L\u00ednea by Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto\" class=\"wp-image-140066\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-3.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La imagen arquitect\u00f3nica adopta un lenguaje contempor\u00e1neo, aliado a la durabilidad y perennidad de los materiales. Los recorridos y los usos se organizaron de forma racional, sin comprometer la continuidad visual y espacial. La construcci\u00f3n se concibi\u00f3 como un todo coherente, valorando simult\u00e1neamente la identidad de sus partes mediante la fragmentaci\u00f3n volum\u00e9trica y la atribuci\u00f3n de una expresi\u00f3n propia a los espacios de cocina, estar y dormitorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-10.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de la L\u00ednea by Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto\" class=\"wp-image-140073\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-10.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-10-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Casa de la L\u00ednea se desarrolla longitudinalmente a lo largo del terreno, en una secuencia clara de funciones y vivencias organizadas de acuerdo con la vida cotidiana. Estos espacios se relacionan entre s\u00ed a trav\u00e9s de recorridos continuos y abiertos, reforzando un modo de habitar propio y singular.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La construcci\u00f3n se cierra hacia el norte, mientras que se expone y se abre en el cuadrante opuesto, en una relaci\u00f3n interior-exterior. Las terrazas y la piscina se integran naturalmente en la vivienda, funcionando como extensiones del espacio interior y reforzando la permeabilidad visual y funcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-5.jpg\" alt=\"Casa de la L\u00ednea by Ricardo Azevedo Arquitecto\" class=\"wp-image-140068\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-5.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-de-la-Linea-5-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El entorno urbano no se expone directamente, sino que se percibe sutilmente, recordando que la propiedad se inserta en un contexto mayor y no existe de forma aislada. Reconoce el lugar donde se implanta y establece con \u00e9l una relaci\u00f3n equilibrada, sin perder la capacidad de crear una identidad propia.
