En cuanto al sistema constructivo empleado en toda la casa, \u00e9sta fue a base de bloques de concreto celular en todos los muros y losas prefabricadas. As\u00ed, logr\u00f3 con ello altos valores de aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico con el subsecuente ahorro energ\u00e9tico a trav\u00e9s del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LA CONFIGURACI\u00d3N DE CASA GUAZUMA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El terreno se ubica en una zona tropical de exuberante vegetaci\u00f3n a las afueras de la ciudad de Villahermosa.
