Una carretera secundaria desciende en el lado izquierdo del terreno. Lo primero que se observa desde el exterior es una fachada cerrada de hormig\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O DE VANGUARDIA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto consta de un solo nivel, lo que implica, por consecuencia, que el resto de la casa flota por encima de la duna natural, hacia la parte inferior del terreno. Mediante una entrada posterior, se permite que esta duna incorpore el jard\u00edn delantero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/KDP04.jpg\" alt=\"kdp04\" class=\"wp-image-17716\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/KDP04.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/KDP04-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/KDP04-600x390.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la casa se accede por una puerta principal de madera, que se ubica debajo de una marquesina de hormig\u00f3n. La puerta del garaje y la frontal se perciben como un plano abstracto de madera en el lado derecho de la fachada posterior. La parte restante, hecha de vidrio, permite la m\u00e1xima visi\u00f3n y luminosidad en 2 habitaciones que dan hacia el patio trasero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-KDP_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-KDP_01.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-KDP_01-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por la elevaci\u00f3n del frente, las salas de estar, cocina y dormitorio principal dan a los \u00e1rboles que se encuentran frente al camino principal. Una cobertura de vegetaci\u00f3n natural local permite privacidad a la La Villa KDP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-KDP_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-KDP_02.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Villa-KDP_02-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para disfrutar del paisaje exterior, una terraza parcialmente cubierta por un dosel secundario, es el recorte dentro del volumen de vidrio. Esta masa de hormig\u00f3n subterr\u00e1nea sirve como contrapeso para soportar toda la planta baja.
