Esto, sumado a las altas temperaturas que presenta el microclima de Rapel en verano, supuso&nbsp; las siguientes problem\u00e1ticas: la alta densidad program\u00e1tica, el exceso de radiaci\u00f3n solar y la falta de un espacio de esparcimiento amplio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Folding05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19091\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Folding05.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Folding05-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Folding05-600x390.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>DISE\u00d1O Y FUNCIONALIDAD<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La metodolog\u00eda para afrontar el encargo naci\u00f3 de la siguiente inquietud disciplinar: el programa deb\u00eda resolverse de manera intencionadamente neutra y gen\u00e9rica en panel SIP, para luego solucionar todas las problem\u00e1ticas de arquitectura abordadas mediante un&nbsp;elemento resolutivo \u00fanico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"545\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable01.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40904\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable01.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable01-300x206.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este&nbsp;elemento, que en cada proyecto toma una forma y funci\u00f3n diferente, se entiende como el gesto principal y es transversal a todas las propuestas de la oficina; d\u00e1ndoles un car\u00e1cter uniforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1187\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40906\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable02.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable02-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El elemento resolutivo en este caso es el plano.  Al plegarse genera un espacio de mediaci\u00f3n entre las \u00e1reas comunes, protege el interior del exceso de radiaci\u00f3n solar y habilita un amplio espacio de esparcimiento orientado a la vista principal en la cubierta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1187\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable06.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40909\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable06.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable06-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la temporada de calor, el pliegue genera un alero que protege la casa del exceso de radiaci\u00f3n solar. Permitiendo , asimismo, privilegiar la vista principal sin generar sobrecalentamiento. Esta estrategia se combina con la utilizaci\u00f3n de una doble fachada ventilada de madera -tanto en los muros como en la cubierta- evitando la sobreexposici\u00f3n de la envolvente a la radiaci\u00f3n directa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable03.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40907\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable03.jpg 793w, https:\/\/www.revistadeck.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/Casa-Plegable03-300x202.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, las ventanas sur se corresponden con aperturas hacia el norte y un patio central en sombra. Lo que combinado con altos niveles de aislante y la eliminaci\u00f3n de todos los posibles puentes t\u00e9rmicos en la envolvente.
