Su nombre proviene del&nbsp;hispano\u00e1rabe&nbsp;al-has\u00fa&nbsp;que significa \u201cel relleno\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El alfajor se compone de dos o m\u00e1s galletas unidas por un relleno dulce y generalmente ba\u00f1adas en&nbsp;chocolate, glaseado o az\u00facar en polvo.
