La residencia, de 800 m\u00b2, contiene un amplio programa distribuido en 2 niveles, y una ocupaci\u00f3n de tan solo el 30%, posibilitando el predominio de las \u00e1reas verdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internamente, la casa est\u00e1 marcada por la fluidez del entorno. Esto sucede desde el hall de entrada, un gran espacio con escaleras y pasillos que conectan las dos alas de los dormitorios.
