class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El concepto de urbanidad fue el eje central en el desarrollo de este proyecto, compuesto por dos edificios corporativos cuidadosamente integrados entre s\u00ed y en armon\u00eda con su entorno urbano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dise\u00f1ado para ser accesible y abierto a la ciudad, el complejo elimina barreras f\u00edsicas tradicionales como barandas o cercas, y en su lugar presenta amplias aceras y espacios semip\u00fablicos que invitan a la interacci\u00f3n y al tr\u00e1nsito peatonal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, estos espacios respetan y dialogan con la alineaci\u00f3n de los edificios vecinos, favoreciendo la continuidad visual y funcional en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"793\" height=\"1326\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El posicionamiento de la torre inferior tuvo en cuenta la alineaci\u00f3n del edificio vecino de Rochaver\u00e1, mientras que la torre m\u00e1s alta est\u00e1 alineada con class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El s\u00f3tano del complejo corporativo Morumbi, elevado entre ambas torres delinea el espacio para la interacci\u00f3n social con una plaza que conecta las torres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La plaza elevada incorpora un patio de comidas y un \u00e1rea social a la que se accede mediante una escalera mec\u00e1nica en el hall en la planta
